Mr Rocha has had four years in charge of The Money Order Office, and has acquitted himself most satisfactorily in that department. I have not, however, considered it necessary to give him the same rate previously drawn, viz: of pay $160 per mensem. His
Mr Place, who has been 9 years in the Post Office has been promoted to Mr Rocha's post salary of Seventy Dollars, and the vacancy thus caused has been filled by Mr Z. Mr. Barradas, a son of the Accountant, whose retirement has led to these changes.

Mr. L.M. Baradas will enter the service at a salary of Fifty Dollars instead of Sixty Dollars, the amount drawn by Mr Place.
